Before Traveling Abroad for Your Child Tip #1

We’re starting our new series, “Before Traveling Abroad for Your Child”!  Get a pen and a paper, and visit our blog often.  In the next couple of days we will be giving you tips and advice to prepare yourself before you travel and get your child.  We suggest you write them down so that you can create a check list for yourself before you leave abroad.  Some of these tips are pretty important, yet can be easily forgotten.  Here’s our first tip:

Check with your insurance company and find out what services are going to be covered.

This is definitely important and crucial!  It’s always better to be safe than sorry, especially when you are in a foreign country.  Find out what your insurance covers and see what you may need to be prepared to travel abroad whether it could be shots or just extra money on hand.  You don’t want to be left stranded in a foreign country (even though we won’t let that happen).  It’s better to always know what your insurance covers just in case something does happens.
